[Re]통역을 할 때 직함들은 어떻게 하나요?

좋은 질문입니다.
일본을 제외하고 Ministry, Department(미국) 등은 모두 부(部)로 통칭하고, ---부 장관으로 부르고 있습니다. 그런데 일본만은 예외인데 그 이유는 일본에서 우리와 공유하고 있는 한자로 성(省), 상(相), 문부대신 등의 명칭을 쓰고 있기 때문에 그대로 불러주자는 취지입니다. 신문에서는 이렇게 통일이 되고 있는데 방송에서는 가끔식 혼동을 일으켜 §미국 국무성 건물이 파괴§ 등으로 잘못 쓰는 경우를 봅니다.
Prime Minister는 §수상§이 아니라 §총리§로 통칭하고 있습니다. 대만의 President는 §총통§이지요. (끝)
