First, let me thank our friends from Rhone-Alpes Region and the other 3 Motors. It is both an honor and a pleasure to be here, in the beautiful city of Lyon. I look forward to an exciting day, when we can get to know each other better. For this reason, I have a whole ADB team from Manila here with me, ready to contribute to the discussions, and to entertain any follow-up and questions at any point of the day.
