통대생의 실력저하

최근에 접한 내용인데요...
경제적 대가에 상관없이 자기가 하고 싶은 일을 하는 것이 제일이라고 생각하면서도 결국 결과를 생각하게 되네요.

최근 통역/번역시장이 상당히 경직되었다는 소식을 들었는데요...

IMF이후 사회요구에 따라 통대생의 수를 2배이상으로 뽑아 매년 배출되는 수가 상당하다는 데 있다고 들었습니다.

특히, 전보다 재학생수가 많아져서 교수님들께서 이전처럼 신경을 못 쓰시는지 가끔 기준미달의 학생이 졸업해서 통역/번역시장에 진입하다고 하더군요.

이들을 고용한 기업 및 기타 툥역을 필요로 하는 곳에서 비싼 가격에 상응하는 서비스를 받지 못했기에 어지간하면 통역을 쓰지 않으려고 한다더군요. 정말 중요한 회의는 인지도가 상당한 분들-교수님들께 일을 의뢰하고요.

그래서 갈수록 통/번역시장의 전망이 좋지 않을 것이라고 하던데...
